NDTL (Nanoscale Device & Technology Lab) is seeking a post-doc appointee to conduct independent research in advanced electronic devices, particularly using 2-dimensional materials and hetero-structures, design and fabrication of new functional switching devices, and scientific analysis and characterization.
The current main research focuses on the development of 2D Ferroelectric devices for novel functional computing applications, including logic-in-memory and neural network devices.

Expected job description includes performing collaborative research with internal and external scientists, including planning, designing, and executing materials and process development experiments, and periodical reports on relevant results in an appropriate form, with an emphasis on high-impact scientific journals.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team on a newly launched Korean government funded research project on innovative future electronic devices. At this moment, researchers who can work on development of Ferroelectric-based semiconducting logic/memory devices are highly recommended.
Salary and contract conditions are negotiable.
